DEPU Faucets is a sanitary ware manufacturer based in Kaiping, Guangdong, focused on the development and production of water faucets. Machining, polishing, electroplating, assembly and final inspection all run in our own workshop, so the parts that decide how a faucet looks and performs stay under our control.
We build in solid brass and 304 stainless steel. The main range covers basin faucets, kitchen faucets, concealed faucets and pull-out faucets, each available in several surface finishes. New models can be developed from your drawings or samples, and we handle the whole path from sampling and trial orders to mass production.

From raw brass to packed carton
One workshop, five stages. Keeping them together is why we can match a finish across a repeat order:
Machining
Bodies and components are cut and machined to the specification of each model.
Polishing
Surfaces are prepared by hand before plating. This step decides how even the finish looks once it is on the shelf.
Electroplating
Chrome, brushed, black, gun grey and gold finishes applied in-house for consistent colour from batch to batch.
Assembly
Ceramic disc cartridges and accessories fitted, then function-checked before packing.
Final inspection
Water pressure testing on every unit, plus visual and dimensional checks before shipment.
OEM and ODM
Development from your drawings or samples, private label packaging and laser marking, from sample through to volume.
How we work
1. Send your list
Model numbers, finishes and quantities. Use the enquiry form or WhatsApp, whichever is faster for you.
2. Get confirmation
We come back with availability, packing details and lead time, usually within one working day.
3. Approve a sample
Order a piece in the finish you want, check the surface, weight and cartridge before committing.
4. Confirm the bulk order
Proforma invoice, deposit, then production. Mixed models and finishes in one container are welcome.
5. Inspection and shipping
Every faucet is checked before packing. We work with your forwarder.
6. Repeat and scale
Once the range is approved, reorders run on the same specification.

Material verification
304 stainless steel and solid brass bodies, verified against the specification of each model.
Cartridge testing
Ceramic disc cartridges cycle-tested before assembly to prevent dripping and stiff handles.
Surface inspection
Brushed, chrome, black, gun grey and gold finishes checked for colour consistency within a batch.
Leak and pressure check
Every unit is water pressure tested before shipment. Units that do not hold are pulled, not packed.
Dimensional checks
Thread sizes, spout reach and hole spacing verified against each drawing before a batch is released.

What are the payment terms?
T/T bank transfer, with a deposit to start production and the balance before shipment. Terms are confirmed per order.
What is the lead time?
It depends on the models and quantity. We state the confirmed lead time on every quotation.
Do you offer OEM and ODM?
Yes. Private label packaging, custom finishes and laser marking are available, and new items can be developed from your drawings or samples, starting with a sample and trial order.
How do you handle quality before shipment?
Each unit is pressure tested and inspected, and batches are checked against the drawing. Ask us for the inspection scope you want applied to your order.
